基于LS-DYNA的汽车前纵梁碰撞性能仿真研究

摘    要:立足于乘员的安全保护,前纵梁是保证汽车具有良好的正面碰撞性能的重要部件。利用HyperMesh和LS-DYNA软件,对长安微型车的前纵梁的正面碰撞进行了仿真模拟,在此基础上对前纵梁的结构进了优化设计,比较了改进前、后前纵梁的吸能特性。仿真结果表明:改进后的前纵梁的碰撞特性得到了加强,从而为进一步提高整车耐撞性能提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The front crash of the front rail for Chang'an minicar was simulated by HyperMesh and LS-DYNA software. The front rail structure was optimized and the capability of absorbing energy of the front rail before and after improvement was compared. The simulation results show that the crashworthiness of the improved front rail is enhanced. It provides certain references for further improving the crashworthiness of the ear.
