摘    要:论述了发展整体推进系统 ,缩小坦克外廓尺寸、减轻坦克质量 ,提高动力输出性能的必要性 ;简要介绍了国外坦克动力传动装置的发展历程和美国的AIPS计划 ;提出了发展我国坦克和其他车辆整体推进系统的策略建议

Abstract:This paper presents the necessity of developing integrated propulsion system, reducing MBT overall dimensions and saving weight as well as increasing output performance, and briefly introduces the development history of MBT powerplant at home and abroad and US Army AIPS programme. Based on this study, we offer proposal concerning strategy to develop integrated propulsion system for MBT and other military vehicles at home.
