摘    要:位于我国渤海湾中南部的BZ25-1油田,储量超过2亿吨,根据油田工程开发方案,将采用设计满载吃水达14.5m的16万吨级FPSO作为主要生产设施.然后由于BZ25-1 FPSO就位处水深极浅,极端低水位仅16.7m,所以FFSO在遭遇海域各种恶劣环境条件时的运动响应特性问题就成为直接关系到系统安全和作业效率的重大技术问题.本文首先应用三维势流理论及时域模拟计算方法,对单点系泊FPSO在百年一遇、十年一遇和一年一遇环境条件中的运动响应及船底与海底的间隙进行数值模拟计算,然后将计算结果与模型试验结果进行比较分析.分析结果显示,满载FPSO在十年一遇和一年一遇环境条件下能够安全作业,在百年一遇环境条件时则有轻微碰底,必须减少载重量,降低吃水.这为将来FPSO的投产作业提供参考,具有较为重要的现实意义.

Abstract:A 160kDWT FPSO will be used in BZ25-1 oil field,which is located in the Chinese Bohai Bay with a reservation of more than 200 million tons.The design full loaded draught of the FPSO is 14.5m and the lowest water depth is only 16.7m.Therefore,as one of the key safety problems,the motion performance of the FPSO exposed to storms in such shallow water should be paid much attention to.In this paper,time-domain numerical simulations are carried out on the single point moored FPSO in 100-year,10-year and 1-year environment conditions.The results of the motions and the clearance between the vessel and the sea bottom are compared with ones of the corresponding model tests.It is shown that the full loaded FPSO will be safe in 10-year and 1-year environment conditions and dangerous in 100-year ones.Therefore,in 100-year condition,the draught of the FPSO must be decreased by reducing the load.The result has realistic significance to the operation of the FPSO in future.
