摘    要:为解决可挤型ZD(J)9转辙机在使用过程中挤脱力衰减造成不挤自脱的现象,从产生这种现象的原因进行分析,进而推出滚柱挤脱结构,并对2种挤脱的原理、优缺点进行详细论述和比较。

Abstract:For solving the problem that the dissectible pin occurs "broken without push" during the eperation of ZD(J)9-type switch machine due to anti-broken force attenuation, the article analyzes the reason of this phenomenon, and puts forward the roller structure dissectible pin, then discusses and compares detailedly the operation principle, advantages and disadvantages of the two dissectible pin protection devices.
