| Abstract: | The design of all the piers of the large Qidaogou Bridge on the Hubei Hurongxi Expressway is of hollow thin-walled high pier.The piers are 35m to 60m high and constructed with the technology of turning over wood stripping form in sections.This paper briefly introduces the wood molding in terms of its structure,main characteristics and technological process,and makes clear the points for attention and safety measures gained in the practice of construction. |
