| 摘 要： | 摘要高职院校党校是培养先进青年教师、大学生入党积极分子的学校，在培养和发展优秀青年入党方面发挥着主要阵地和熔炉的作用。本文对高职院校学生政治上要求进步的情况以及存在的问题进行了分析，进而提出了解决的方案和措施。
