| Abstract: | The paper points out the existing shortages in the chemical project of the EIA tech- nical assessment practice, such as the small coverage in EIA guidelines and the content nee- ding to be improved, non-standard of the pool of experts and the engineering analysis and e- valuation not deep going. Based on this, this essay then gives some advice for improvement. |
