首发精神分裂症颞叶结构MRI及与病理心理因素的相关研究

目的　探讨精神分裂症受试冠状位最大垂体切面颞叶测量值与正常对照的差异 ,分析精神分裂症受试病理心理评定值与颞叶测量值的相关性。方法　 2 4例精神分裂症和 2 1例匹配的正常对照进行冠状位T1加权图 1mm层厚连续扫描 ,测量两组受试两半球MRI垂体最大层面颞叶横径、颞叶高径、颞叶上、中、下回面积、颞叶横径指数和颞叶高径指数。对精神分裂症组进行SAPS、SANS评定 ,并与颞叶 14个测量值进行回归分析。结果　与正常对照相比较 ,精神分裂症右颞下回面积减少 ,妄想因子与左颞高径、左颞上回面积呈显著负相关。结论　本研究显示首发精神分裂症存在高比率的颞叶结构性缺陷

Correlation between MRI of temporal lobe morphology in patients with first-episode schizophrenia and pathopsychological factors

Objective To compare the difference in temporal l obe volume on coronary maximum pituitary slice of MRI between the patients with first-episode schizophrenia and normal controls, and analyze the correlation be tween pathopsychological factors of schizophrenia and the regional volume of tem poral lobe. Methods High-spatial-resolution MRI T1-weight scans of 1 mm serial slice were obtained from 24 patients with first-episode schizophreni a and 21 normal subjects. MRI volumes were calculated for temporal across diamet er, temporal high diameter, proportions of superior temporal gyrus, middle and i nferior gyrus, index of temporal across diameter and high diameter. Schizophreni c subjects were assessed with SAPS and SANS. Regression analysis was made betwee n temporal 14 measure values of two hemispheres and 9 factors of SAPS and SANS. Results Compared with normal controls, schizophrenic subjec ts had high ratio of reduced area in the right inferior temporal gyrus, and delu sion factor of SAPS significantly correlated with left temporal high diameter an d proportion of left superior temporal gyrus. Conclusion There is a high ratio of temporal structural d eficit in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
