| 摘 要： | 为了给交通违法处罚提供科学合理依据,有效降低不良汽车驾驶行为对道路交通运行产生的不良影响,在现场观测的基础上,从影响交通运行、导致交通冲突及诱发交通事故3个层面对不良汽车驾驶行为进行了聚类研究。从行政管理与经济处罚2个角度,探讨了不良汽车驾驶行为的合理处罚形式,提出了相应的标准建议。 |
