桁架式桥梁检测车仿真设计与应用研究

摘    要:应用ADAMS虚拟样机软件对桁架式桥梁检测车进行仿真设计与分析。在SolidWorks中建立桥梁检测车的三维实体模型,并以Parasolid格式将三维模型导入到ADAMS中,在ADAMS中对桥梁检测车展开作业的两种不同方式进行了运动学仿真分析,并进行了综合比较,运用ADAMS软件对侧翻液压缸的布置进行了优化设计,减少了侧翻液压缸的工作压力。为桥梁检测车的设计和分析一体化提供了最优方案,具有一定的实用价值和经济效益。

Abstract:Simulation design and analysis of trussed bridge inspection vehicle are made by ADAMS.Firstly,a 3-D model of the bridge inspection vehicle is established using SolidWorks.Then the 3-D model is converted to ADAMS through Parasolid format.Secondly,dynamic analysis of two different ways of the bridge inspection vehicle's unfolding working process are simulated with the established model.And the advantages and disadvantages of the two different ways of unfolding are discussed.Finally,optimization design of the ...
