摘    要:中国民航业的快速发展和民航强国目标的实现,对民航运输专业领域科学研究、规划设计和运营管理专业技术人才的质量和数量提出了新的要求.本次论坛以“庆祝系统工程研究所成立32周年暨民航专业成立”为主题,介绍了系统工程研究所的标志性成果和民航专业创办情况,介绍了中国民航业的发展成就,分析了民航业的发展前景,说明了民航专业方向建设思路,分析了空铁联运的发展现状和存在的关键问题,提出了促进空铁联运发展的对策.

Abstract:With the rapid development and to achieve powerful nation in civil aviation, new requirements are put forward, such as quality and quantity of professional talents in research, planning and design, and operation management in professional fields, in China. The 53rd conference of“Traffic and Transportation 7+1 Forum”sets its theme as“Celebrating the 32nd Anniversary of the Institute of Systems Engineering and Founding of Civil Aviation Specialty”. It introduces the symbolic achievements of the institute of systems engineering, and the conditions of undertaking civil aviation specialty. It also analyzes the development achievements, prospects and construction idea in China's civil aviation industry. The current situation and key problems of air-rail intermodality is analyzed. At the same time, the countermeasure of developing air-rail intermodality are put forward.
