| 摘 要： | 随着水运的发展,通过深圳西部的船舶数量日益增多,通过实际调研对深圳西部水域的船舶流量现状进行分析,同时运用支持向量机方法对辖区船舶流量进行预测,为海事机构科学合理地实施航运规划和船舶管理提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | With the development of the water transportation,the ship quantity of Shenzhen's west increases rapidly.In light of actual investigation,the authors analyze the current situation of the ship traffic flow in the western waters of Shenzhen,forecast the traffic flow by using the support vector method,which has the important theory significance and the practical significance to the MSA controlling vessel traffic reasonably. |
