| 摘 要： | 对直齿轮变速箱存在的各种问题进行了分析,提出了采用斜齿轮变速箱的解决方案。将直齿轮传动改为斜齿轮传动,消除异音、降低噪音;增加齿轮油泵,加强了润滑;采用全新油封结构,增强密封性能。

| Abstract: | Problems with the spur gearbox are analyzed and solutions are suggested by using helical gear transmission.The application of the helical gearbox can eliminate abnormal sound and reduce noise.Lubrication of the gear transmission is strengthened with the addition of a gear oil pump,and the sealing of the transmission system is improved with a new type of oil seal design. |
