汉虾粉食用安全性实验研究

摘    要:为了解汉虾粉的食用安全性,用SD断乳大鼠100只,雌雄各半,随机平均分为5组,对照组喂饲基础饲料,试验组分别喂饲含有10000、5000、2500、1250mg/kg汉虾粉的饲料,喂养90d,观察动物的一般情况、体重、饲料利用率,试验末105d时处死动物,测定肝、肾功有关生化指标,血液Hb值,红细胞和白细胞计数,并对主要脏器称重计算脏体比,进行组织病理学检查,结果未发现汉虾粉对试验动物有毒害作用。

Abstract:For assessing the eating safety of Hanxia flour 100 weanling SD rats of both sexes (50males and 50 females)were randomly divided into 5groups. The control group was fed on a basic fodder and the treatment groups were fed on the fodder mixed with Hanxia flour at different concentration of 10000,5000,2500 and 1250 mg/kg for 90 days.The general condition, body weight and fodder utilization of the rats were observed.At the end of test (105th day) the biochemical data for function liver and kindy in serum and Hb, RBC, WBC count in blood were determined. The ratio of organs/body weight and histopathological examination were performed on main organs. The results suggest that Hanxia flour has no harmful effects on rats.
