摘    要:采用冷再生技术对旧的沥青路面进行处理,将其作为公路的基层或底基层使用,可使公路旧料全部得到利用,减少资源的过度消耗,节约成本20%-30%,还可减少因废料堆放和运输引起的环境污染,减少施工过程中的粉尘和废气排放。与传统的大修工艺相比,省去了挖除、运输废料的工序,大大缩短了施工工期,且不需要中断交通,节约了直接工程费,简化了施工工序,缓解了交通的巨大压力。在强调可持续发展的今天,进一步加强研究路面冷再生技术,对我国公路的建设发展具有特别重要的意义。

Construction Technology Control and Economical Efficiency of Old Pavement Cold Recycle Base

Abstract:The old asphalt pavement is disposed by applying cold recycle technology, then it is can be used as base or subbase course, which can make the old materials of highway be utilized fully, reduce the excess consumption of resources and save 20%-30% cost, reduce the environmental pollution caused by scrap piling and transportation as well as reduce the dust and exhaust emission during construction process. Compared with traditional heavy repair techniques, the working procedures of scrap excavation and transportation are dispensed with, the construction period is greatly shortened, the traffic is not disrupted, the direct engineering cost is saved, the construction procedure is simplified, and the great pressure of traffic is released. Nowadays the sustainable development is emphasized, therefore the old pavement cold recycle technology should be studied in depth, which has important significance to the construction and development of highway in China.
