基于Kalman滤波器的故障诊断方法及其在铁道车辆中的应用

摘    要:现结合Kalman滤波器和统计的方法对铁道车辆悬挂系统故障进行诊断。为了避免高频引起的数值振荡,这里提出采用求导和降阶的方法得到关于加速度及其导数的状态方程来代替通常的关于位移及其速度的状态方程。通过改变二系垂向阻尼系数来模拟故障,数值结果表明,该方法能有效诊断铁道车辆垂向悬挂系统的故障。

Abstract:Kalman filter and the statistic method are combined to diagnose the fault of the suspension systems of the railway car.In order to avoid the high frequency vibration,the state equations about the acceleration and its derivative rather than the displacement and the velocity are deduced by using differentiation technique and order reduction method.The faults are simulated by changing the vertical damping factor of the secondary suspension.Numerical simulation shows that this method can effectively dectect the faults of the second suspension system of the railway vehicle.
