| 摘 要： | 世界金融业混业经营的浪潮始于20世纪80年代,随着美国于1999年11月废止了已有66年历史的《格拉斯—斯蒂格尔法》,通过了《金融服务现代化法》,可以说金融混业经营已经形成了世界性的潮流。混业经营作为一种制度形式,既有其优势也有其不足,在什么条件下才能扬长避短?本文深度分析了各国金融业实行混业经营制度的动因,最终对推进我国金融混业经营提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The trend of mixing finance system started in 1980s,With the passage of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Moderni- zation Act in the United States in November 1999 repealed the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933,It can be said that the new era for finance mixing system of the world is coming.The universal banking has its advantages and disadvantages as a system.Under what circum- stances can China maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones?This article has deply analyzed the reason of various countries' mixing finance system implementation,finally to put forward the proposal for advancing our country mixing finance system. |
