摘    要:针对我国电力机车的数量和整备次数的增多,结合现场实际情况、使用要求及传统整备作业的工作流程,开发了一套语音提示系统,其目的是改进传统作业方式中的不足,提高作业效率与安全性。其基于S7—200PLC与单片机通信的语音提示系统开发,采用S7—200CPU226CN、BMPS008型语音芯片、单片机外扩电路、STEP7MicroWIN32编程,STEP7V5.4编程.实现了各股道作业现场按照安全合理的作业流程进行相应的机车车号的输入与语音输出等功能。从电力机车整备作业的实际项目调试结果看,该语音提示系统能安全可靠的满足技术指标的要求。测试结果表明,其在实际应用中具有较高的推广利用价值。

Abstract:With the increasing of China electric locomotive running preparation, combining the actual situation and using requirements at the scene with the workflow of the traditional running preparation, a voice prompt system was developed to improve the deficiencies of traditional running way and operational efficiency and security. S7 -200 CPU226CN, BMP5008 voice chip, singlechip external extended circuit, STEP 7 MicroWIN32 programming and STEP 7 VS. 4 programming were used to achieve the function of locomotive number input and voice output in accordance with reasonable security processes at the scene of each railroad track. From the debugging results of the electric locomotive running preparation actual project, the voice prompt system can safely and reliablely satisty the technical indexes requirements. The result shows that it has higher promotion value in practical application.
