| 摘 要： | 1.1980—1981年间对1—8~#八种起爆药进行了急性毒性实验,结果表明其毒性均在中等以下,对大白鼠的毒性秩序是3~#>8~#>1~#>7~#>2~#>5~#>4~#>6~#,对小白鼠为3~#>8~#>2~#>1~#>5~#>7~#>4~#>6~#,二者基本一致。八种起爆药中3~#毒性最大,属中等类毒,6~#毒性最小,属无毒类,其他介于二者之间。2.从对豚鼠的皮肤刺激实验来看,2~#、7~#、8~#可引起局部皮肤出现潮红、红斑或脱毛。其他试药均未见明显刺激作用。3.5~#、4~#、6~#起爆药属低毒或无毒,且不引起明显的皮肤刺激作用,从我们所作的毒性指标来看是值得选用投产的起爆药,尤以后二者为佳。但如长期接触使用,其毒性如何,尚待进一步研究。

The Discussion of Acute Poison and Skin in Irritation of Eight Initial Explosives |

| Abstract: | The acute poison and skin irritation experiment of tight initial explosives, developed by ×× research institute have been finished by us in 1980-1981. The acute experiment used health rats and mice given poison by mouthTwo weeks after the experiment we counted the LD50 and 95% confidenceinterval. The result showed that the toxicity was below medium degree. Health adult guineapigs were used for skin irritation. Repeated irrit-ation work was done by applying the unguentum initial explosive(30% init-ial and 70% pigoil) to abraded and nonabraded portions of the shaven back.New applications were made daily until the test was finished in 10 days.After watching regional reaction, we counted the primary irritation index,then measured the guineapig weight and skin temperature sticked with ung-uentnm initial explosive three times (before, during and after experiment)during the whole experiment. The result showed that three of initial explosives had skin irritation,the others had no obvious irritation. |
