铁路使用钢座架运输卷钢的实践与思考

通过分析卷钢运输中常见装载加固方式的优缺点,在剖析原有钢座架存在不足的基础上,根据有关技术经济要求,说明采用钢座架运输卷钢能够满足有关安全性、经济性、便利性的基本要求。上海铁路局针对马鞍山站发往金华站间的卷钢运输,对使用可套装框架型系列卷钢钢座架进行了成本测算和应用实践,取得良好的效果,提出全面推广使用钢座架运输卷钢的建议。

Practice and Thoughts on Transporting Coil Steel by Using Steel Seat

Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common loading reinforcement method incoil steel transportation, base on analyzing the deficiency of original steel seat, this paper figures that transport-ing coil steel by steel seat could satisfy the basic requirement of safety, economization and convenience accord-ing to related technical and economic requirements. Aiming at coil steel transportation from Maanshan Stationto Jinhua Station, Shanghai Railway Administration carried out cost calculation and application practice on usingthe suit of frame coil steel seat, and got good effect. So this paper puts forward the suggestions on fully promot-ing the use of coil steel transportation by steel seat.
