双刀车削数控加工仿真技术研究

摘    要:本文研究了双刀车削数控加工仿真技术。介绍了SINUMERIK840D系统NC代码翻译模块的实现技术,通过语法、词法和语义分析将数控代码翻译处理成刀具运动轨迹信息。在Auto CAD平台并行模拟双刀车削加工过程,可以有效地检验程序的正确性。(本文有删节)

Abstract:Research on simulation technology of twin-cutter CN machining introduced in this article, as well as the technology of NC code translator for SINUMERIK840D system. Through the grammar, lexical and semantic analysis, NC code is translated into information on tool motion path, twin-cutter CN machining process is parallelly simulated in AutoCAD platform. It turns out to be an effective way to test the correctness of the procedure.
