| 摘 要： | 针对黄建九先生提出的设计最低通航水位确定、河道地形测量、航道制图及航道整治设计与成果评审等航道测量技术问题进行了讨论,阐述目前相关规范条文的情况,提出有待进一步研究的问题以及适时开展的工作,以期展开学术讨论.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the waterway surveying technology including determination of the lowest navigable stage, river terrain surveying, waterway drawings and waterway regulation design and achievement evaluation proposed by Mr. Huang Jian-jiu, expounds articles in current codes, and advances matters needing further research and work to be done, so as to develop an academic discussion. |
