市政桥梁拆除施工与监测预警

旧桥拆除工作是一项具有更多未知因素和更加危险的工作,然而目前桥梁拆除方法还不够系统,不够完善。本文以重庆轨道交通6号线二期将要下穿的市政茶园黑沟桥的拆除施工为背景,针对该桥拆除的安全要求以及不阻断人行通道、减少管线迁改等实际情况,提出桥面、箱梁采用特殊切割工具切割吊运,盖梁、桥墩柱采用静态爆破,并利用监测手段进行现场预警监控的拆除施工技术,并在该工程中得到成功应用。

Alarming on Construction and Monitoring of Municipal Bridge Demolish Works

Taking phase II of Chongqing urban rail transit Line 6 as an example, it needs to demolish and pass under the municipal Hegouqiao Bridge of the tea garden. According to the safety requirements on the bridge demolition and without blocking pedestrian passage, reducing pipelines demolish and detour situation, the paper proposes the demolition construction technology of bridge deck system, box girder with special cutting tools for cutting and lifting, cap beam, pier column by static blasting, and on-site monitoring and early warning by using monitoring means, and they are successfully used in the project.
