工程机械液力传动系统油温过高原因分析及对策探讨

摘    要:从液力传动油的选用、机械的操作使用和液力传动系统本身原因三个方面对工程机械液力传动系统产生油温过高的原因进行了探讨,提出合理选用传动油及定期维护以获得较好的粘温特性,建议合理操作以获得较高的传动效率,减少损失功率产生的内能.

Abstract:This paper discusses the reseasons and countermeasures of over-high oil temperature in the engineering machinery from three aspects: choice of transmission oil, operation of machinery and hydraulic system.It is advanced that transmission oil should be chosen rationally and maintained routinely to get optimum viscosity-temperature property. Simultaneously, there is a proposal that the rational operation should be performed to get great transmission efficiency and decrease heat energy from power losing.
