混凝土箱梁施工温度控制研究

摘    要:温度应力已被认为是混凝土箱梁开裂的主要原因之一。为了掌握水化热温度沿箱梁截面的分布规律,文章结合预应力混凝土连续梁桥的箱梁施工实践,运用有限元软件建立了箱形梁的实体模型,模拟实际混凝土水化热温度场分布,分析了箱梁底板应力时程变化,并与实测资料进行了对比分析,对箱梁温度控制提出必要的措施,为混凝土箱梁桥的设计和施工提供了指导。

Abstract:The temperature stress has been considered to be as one of main factors causing cracking of box beams.To know well the distribution of hydration heat temperature across the beam section,this paper analyzes the variation of stress-time inter- vals at the bottom plates of concrete box beams through the solid model established with finite element software to emulate the ac- tual temperature field distribution of concrete,in combination with the construction of continuous prestressed concrete box beams bridge,and also analyzes the time variation,thereby providing with some necessary measures for temperature control at the bot- tom of box beams,comparing with the measured data,becoming a guide for the design and construction of concrete box-beam bridges.
