| 摘 要： | 用T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体和间接免疫荧光技术(IFA)检测尖锐湿疣患者及健康人各20例外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。发现初期患者CD_3阳性细胞百分数显著下降;CD_4,CD_4/CD_8比值也显著下降;CD_8阳性细胞百分数却显著升高;恢复期患者T细胞各亚群比例趋于正常。

| Abstract: | IFA was used to observe the distribution and the alteration of T-lymphocyte subtypes in the peripheral blood of 20 patiens with condyloma acuminata for 31 times. The murine antibody was the first antient and the antient of rabbit against IGFITC the second. The results showed that the percentage of CD_3 cell in the patients decreased significantly(P<0.01); the percentage of CD_4 cell decreased (P<0.05) and the percentage of CD_8 cell was higher than that of heathy control, therefore, CD_4/CD_8 ratio was obviously low (P<0.01),but after treated with laser and TF,the T-lymphocyte subtype became normal in convalescent stage. |
