混合动力汽车用行星齿轮机构的理论研究与仿真分析

摘    要:对差动行星齿轮动力分配装置进行了详细的计算分析,确定了分析计算行星排特征参数p的一般方法。从混合动力汽车特点出发,定量计算动力部件同行星齿轮系统中3个构件的6种不同连接关系,确定其作为动力分配装置的最佳型式。在此基础上,分析了混合动力汽车各动力部件的性能特征,分别对发动机、电动机、发电机和蓄电池进行了选型及建模,并完成了仿真计算。

Abstract:Detailed calculation and analysis on differential planetary gear set(PGS) are performed,and a general method for calculating conversion ratio(a key feature parameter) of PGS is defined.In view of the features of hybrid electric vehicles(HEV),the 6 different connection relations between 3 key parts of PGS and power components are calculated,among which the best scheme as power assignment device is determined.Based on these,the performance features of all power components of HEV are analyzed,and the type selection and modeling for engine,motor,generator and batteries are carried out with corresponding simulations conducted.
