大骨节病患区和邻近非患区不同硒水平儿童尿中肌酐含量的研究——兼论低硒与发病率之间的关系

摘    要:1.本文采取以儿童尿硒含量作为分组指标,首次注意到病区和邻近非病区中都存在着两部分人群即低硒与非低硒儿童。他们肌酐代谢的特点不同,凡低硒组儿童尿肌酐含量普遍低于非低硒组儿童,而且,尿硒与尿肌酐含量之间存在着高度正相关关系。 2.本研究根据不同硒水平儿童中大骨节病发病率不相同的事实,首次推导出低硒与发病率之间存在剂量反应关系,两次考察所得ED_(50)均为2.0μg/24h尿,故而认为在评价低硒对机体影响时应考虑到低硒量的概念是必要的。 3.本文从六个方面分析了低硒与肌酐代谢的关系,根据研究所得,目前已可初步肯定二者之间存在因果联系,低硒是儿童肌酐排出量减少的直接原因。


A Study on Urine Creatinine Content in Children with Different Selenium Levels in Kaschin-Beck Diseaes(KBD) Endemic Areas and in Non-endemic Areas—Relation of Se Deficiency to Outbreak of KBD
Abstract:Kaschin-Beck disease is seen mainly in mountain areas low in selenium. Se and creatinine content of the urine were measured in children with or without KBD. The results showed that Se and creatinine levels of the urine in these children were different. Creatinine content of the urine was nearly equal in the children whose Se level was nearly equal. Results suggested that there is a causal relation between Se deficiency and adecreased creatinine content. This article also reports the relation of Se deficiency to the outbreak of KBD. Results indicates that there is a dose response relationship of KBD (ED_(50)=2_(μg) Se/24 hour urinary output).
