广州珠江黄埔大桥锚碇基础顶板大体积混凝土施工裂缝控制

摘    要:广州珠江黄埔大桥南汉桥北锚碇基础顸板属于大体积混凝土结构,裂缝控制是施工过程的最为关键的技术问题,而早水泥的使用更增加施工裂缝控制的难度。在分析工程复杂条件和施工技术难点的基础上,简要阐述在基础顸板大体积混凝土施工中,所采取的施工方法、原材料和配合比控制、运输和浇筑、保温和保湿等裂缝控制措施。

Abstract:The top slab of north anchorage foundation of the bridge of Huangpu Bridge over the south branch of Zhujiang River in Guangzhou is of massive concrete structure. The crack control in the construction of the structure is therefore the most critical technical issue while the utilization of the early strength cement in the concrete even increases the difficulty of the crack control. On the basis of analysis of the complicated construction conditions and construction technical difficulties thereof, this paper briefly deals with the crack control measures adopted in the construction, including those of the construction methods, concrete materials, mix proportioning control, transportation, casting, temperature and humidity insulation.
