船舶舵机控制系统故障分析及其改造

摘    要:分析了船舶随动舵工作原理和舵机振荡的原因,给出了舵机随动控制系统常见故障的解决办法.通过与半导体分立器件的对比,设计制作了采用集成电路的随动舵控制电路板,在实船应用中获得了良好的控制效果.

Abstract:The working principle of marine autopilot and reasons of steering gear oscillation are analyzed. The trouble-shooting method for common faults of steering gear follow-up control system is introduced. Through the comparison with the independent semiconductors, the new PCB for IC of the autopilot is designed and manufactured. A good control result is gained in the application on ships.
