舰船卤代烷抑爆技术研究

摘    要:论述了船用卤代烷的应用和发展,详细分析和探讨了应用于弹药库等高危场所的抑爆技术。通过对卤代烷灭火与抑爆工作机理的研究,以及对多种卤代烷特性的比较和分析,提出了卤代烷1301是目前比较理想的船用抑制剂;在对应用卤代烷作为抑制剂可行性进行阐述的基础上,给出了卤代烷1301设计用量、喷头流鼍等具体计算方法,并对弹库抑爆系统设计中应考虑的问题进行了探讨,旨在探索我国舰船弹库安全技术发展的新思路。

Abstract:In the paper, the application and evolution of marine halon is discussed, magazine explosion-proof technology is examined in detail. The principle of extinguishing and Explosion-proof is researched on, and the characteristics of several suppression agents are analyzed and compared, then the halon 1301 is deemed as an ideal one. On the base of research into feasibility of using halon,the calculating methods for quantity of halon 1301 and the flow rate of nozzle are presented. The problems of magazine explosion-proof system design are considered too, and the aim is to probe into the development of shipborn magazine security technology.
