舰船综合航行性能虚拟试验环境(数值水池)顶层研究

摘    要:从需求和技术推动的角度,提出自主研发我国舰船综合航行性能虚拟试验环境(数值水池)的整体设想,运用系统工程概念开展顶层设计研究,制定了总体研究思路,确定了总目标、技术指标体系以及主要研究内容和十大关键技术,并基于系统分析的概念给出了优选研究方案及关键技术攻关途径。该系统建成后,将可大大缩小船舶计算流体学研究领域内的国内外差距,显著提高国内舰船创新设计水平和船舶设计的国际竞争力,促进我国船舶工业的跨越发展。

Abstract:The integrated idea for independently researching and developing the virtual test environment of ship hydrodynamic performance was presented. Basing on the theory of systems engineering, the top-layer research was developed. The general research objective, main content, crucial technologies and evaluating indicators were all demonstrated. The technical approaches were also suggested in the paper. By supporting the proposal, the technology gap in the field of computational ship hydrodynamics between home and the leading countries will link up. It will also be highly helpful to promote innovative ship design.
