摘    要:结构优化方法是一种以有限元法为基础的现代设计方法。详细介绍了结构优化的基本概念和分类,以及结构优化在机械结构设计中的详细应用流程。最后以某型发射装置基座为例,利用Hypermesh建模工具和Opti—struct优化工具,对其结构优化的过程进行了较为详细的说明。优化结果表明,该方法在提高结构材料的利用率和提高结构刚性方面有较高的现实意义。结构优化方法将会代替传统的设计方法,成为机械结构设计中最主要的设计方法之一。

Abstract:Mechanical structure optimization is a kind of modern design methods on the basis of finite element method. The paper detailed the basic concept and classification of structure optimization and which application process in mechanical structure design. In the final, in the case of the assemble base of a missile launcher, structure optimization process for its mechanical structure is described in detail with a modeling tool Hypermesh and a optimization tool Optistruct. The optimization results show that the application of structure optimization method has higher realistic meaning, which will benefits to elevate the material using rate of structure, and to rise the rigidness of structure. The method of structure optimization will become one of the main methods for mechanical structure design gradually substituted the traditional design method.
