纳米陶瓷涂层在舰船装备上的应用研究

摘    要:20世纪80年代开始研究的纳米材料与技术,经过20多年科学技术工作者的努力,已经从实验室阶段进入工程实用阶段。随着人们对纳米材料的特性认识的不断加深并根据舰船的要求,美海军从90年代开始了纳米陶瓷涂层的开发和应用研究工作。研究结果表明,纳米陶瓷涂层纳米材料与传统的相同成分材料相比,其防腐、耐磨、耐磨蚀、增韧、提高黏结力等性能有十分明显的提高和改善。因此,可延长舰船的服役期和零部件使用寿命,减少维修成本,促进武器的小型化和智能化,有利于环境保护。根据国外媒体和文献的报道,综述了纳米陶瓷涂层在美海军舰船上的应用研究现状,主要涉及纳米陶瓷涂层的应用领域,纳米陶瓷涂层的制备技术,纳米陶瓷涂层的结构和性能,为有关人员了解目前的发展水平和动向提供帮助。

Abstract:Starting resarch nanosize materials and technologies since 1980's,through effort of the science and technical personels over twenty years,its had rapidly been into the phase from laboratory experimental up to engineering use.Following people continuously understand nanosize material's characteristics and ancorrding to navy needs,since 1990's,US navy have conducting the development and applied research works of nanosize ceramics coating.The results shown,it's performanances,such as anticorrosion,wear resistant,erosion resistant,toughening,increasing adhesion etc.had advantage over conventional coating with same compositions,having quite obvious improving.Thus its can prolong the service time and use life for parts,reduced maintenance costs,promote miniaturization and intelligentize,in favor of environment protection and so on.This paper mainly deal with current status of nanosize ceramics coating application in installations of naval vehicles,preparing technique,microstructure and its performanances in order to help relevant people to well know current development level and trend.
