摘    要:针对某型发射装置试验过程中出现的下导轨道岔摇臂被撞断这一现象进行深入分析,找出其设计上存在的缺陷。在此基础上,从电气控制的角度通过适当增加位置信号传感器,采集并利用弹簧摇臂系统的工作状态信号,实现设备在特定工作位置下的连锁保护。此外,通过给出弹簧摇臂系统在特定工作位置时的状态显示信号和声光报警信号,能够改善发射装置的人机操控界面。

Abstract:The rocking arm of the lower rail track switch was broken during one test of certain type of launcher. In aim to this problem, the careful analysis was carried out and the design deficiencies were found out. Thus, the interlock protection can be realized for the equipment in special operating position by increasing proper amount of position signal transmitters and collecting operating condition signals of springloaded rocking arm system. Additionally, the man-machine operating interface of the launcher can be improved by providing condition display signals and acoustic and optic warning signals for the spring-loaded rocking arm system in special operating position.
