| 摘 要： | 提出了借助图论的有向关联图对车身装配偏差流向与误差传递关系式进行分析的方法,构建关联矩阵、综合偏差矩阵、测量误差矩阵、约束矩阵、突变系数矩阵,建立偏差传递数学模型.通过统计过程控制(SPC)图的趋势定性分析,依据误差传递数学模型,经模糊判据权重确定偏差根源,从而实现制造过程的车身装配偏差控制.以某汽车后地板装配为例,验证了该方法的正确性与可行性.
