改善城市衰退区域建筑环境的设计研究

针对东西德合并之后,大量德国东部工业旧城目前面临的“城市萎缩”现象,结合笔者参加的德国包豪斯学院“城市萎缩”的研究课题,介绍了以“cubic game”为主题的具体设计方法和设计过程,提出了一种通过建筑改建的手段来缓解城区衰退的社会问题,提高旧城区生活质量的方案.

Design Research on How to Improve the Living Condition of the Recessionary District

Some traditional industrial cities in Europe have already reached the summit of urbanization and begin to decline.In view of this kind of situation,we need to pay close attention to the healthy course of development of city to meet the need of modern urban construction and national economic construction in China.The author has participated in the research subject of "shrinking city "in the Bauhaus Institute of Germany.The research proposes an architecture reconstruction solution way to relieve this kind of social concern in the old industrial cities of eastern Germany.This solution intends to let the declining urban area radiate vigor again.The stuff and officers of Dessau City plan to apply this method to the reconstruction of city.
