| 摘 要： | 在车用空调系统中，膨胀阀的进，出口直径小于１ｍｍ，很易被污物和腐蚀物等堵塞，以致使整个空调系统不能正常工作。介绍了一种用于铝冷凝器的清洗和钝化工艺，经该工艺处理后，杜绝了铝冷凝器芯部总成管接头钎缝处在装配前腐蚀现象的产生，从而延长了整个冷凝器的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Inlet and outlet diameters of expansion valve in the automotive air condition system are less than 1 mm,so that they are easily clogged by dirt and corrosive substance which cause the whole air condition system in an abnormal working state. A cleaning and passivation technology for aluminum condenser has been presented by the article. The tabe joint soldering seam of the core assembly of the condenser is able to avoid from being corroded after treatment with the technolo gy. Hence the service life of the whole condenser will be prolonged. |
