摘    要:本文应用焊接热模拟技术,扫描电镜和电子探针,研究了40CrMnSiMoVA钢焊接近缝区沿原奥氏体晶界产生的白带组织及其对冲击韧性的影响,并指出了影响白带组织的因素和消除白带组织的措施.

Abstract:The white-like structure along austenitic grain boundaries in HAZ near weld of 40CrMnSiMoVA steel and its effect on toughness of weld are investigated, in datail, with the welding heat simulation technique, the scanning electron-scope and the electron-probe microanalyzer. The factors effecting white-like structure are found and the precautions reducing and eliminating them are presented.
