摘    要:结合连云港海滨新城大面积陆域形成项目中淤泥质地基的加固处理工程实践,针对淤泥质软土地基的特点,优化真空预压设计方案,分析讨论施工中需要注意的问题,确定影响真空度的要因,包括:淤泥土的特性造成施工难,不能确保真空度达到80 kPa,沉降量及抽真空时间计算不准确,施工管理不到位,材料质量不合格,施工人员技术水平低等,并提出应对措施。

Abstract:In vacuum-preloading engineering in silt foundations in Lianyungang, we optimized the plan of vacuum preloading according to the characteristics of soft ground. With an in -depth analysis of matters of attention during construction, we determined the main causes for the vacuum degree, i.e. difficult construction due to the characteristics of silt, lack of ensuring the vacuum degree of 80kPa, inaccurate calculation of settlement quantity and vacuum time, ineffective construction management, unqualified construction personnel and materials, etc., based on which, we propose the guarantee measures.
