| 摘 要： | 分析《港口法》及其实施后我国港口企业经营主体的变化,认为我国港口经营的经济主体将呈现多元化趋势,港口经营的策略和方法亦将有极大的变化.港口资产的资本化使港口经营战略调整和资源优化成为可能,港口企业有了更大的经营创新空间,我国港口事业进入新一轮发展阶段.

| Abstract: | The paper predicts and concludes the variable tendency of port management entities with the implementation of the PORT ACT.Then,on the basis of some economics and enterprises management theory,it stated that the economic entities of Chinese port management will be diversified,which will results in a great change of port management strategies and approaches.Furthermore,the capitalization of port assets makes it possible to adjust the port management strategy and optimize the resources.Therefore,port enterprises will have a larger creative space in management and a new-round development is coming to the port industry. |
