基于振动分析的齿轮断齿故障研究

摘    要:断齿是齿轮发生故障最主要最严重的损伤形式.通过对齿轮断齿机理分析,指出激励源是齿轮产生振动和疲劳裂纹的主要因素;利用振动分析对变速箱中齿轮断齿的故障特性进行试验研究,对振动信号进行时域和频谱分析,得出振动分析数据和图谱.

Abstract:By analyzing the mechanism of gear fracture,the author holds that gear fracture is the most principal and severe damage form of gear failures.Excitation source is the major factor of vibration and fatigue crack.Vibration analysis is used to investigate fault feature condition in the gear box.The time and frequency spectrums of vibration signal are analyzed and vibration data and spectrums are obtained.
