道路交通安全宏观评价F-AHP法

摘    要:用因子分析法和层次分析法组合起来对道路交通安全进行评价(F-AHP).用因子分析法来构造评价指标间的层次关系,用其分析值度量同层指标的重要性;采用层次分析法计算各层次指标对目标的权重.用线性加权法对评价对象的安全水平进行客观评价,通过对F-AHP方法进行的应用研究,发现评价结论与其他方法有所差别.

Abstract:This paper discusses how to combine factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate road traffic safety. So we name it as F-AHP method. In this method we should construct a kind of hierarchy relation among being evaluated indexes. According to the gained value we can measure the significance of the indexes belonging to the same layer. So the weights that every layer correspond to objective layer can be calculated making use of AHP method. Then we did objective evaluation with linear weight method to what we would evaluate. At last, we make contrast with other methods and studied the application, and obtain different conclusions compared with other methods.
