| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是关于国家发展与社会进步的先进思想.从全面发展与协调发展、协调与经济发展的关系、提倡科技创新、重视军交专业人才的培养、处理好当前发展与长远发展的关系等不同侧面指出了军交运输保障装备科学发展的若干问题,并对其内容加以论述,在分析了各种问题的基础上,提出了处理各种问题的解决方法和对策建议,以期能够丰富我军的军交运输保障装备理论.
