摘    要:以黄埔大桥北汉桥独塔双索面扁平钢箱梁斜拉桥为工程背景,采用混合单元建立三维有限元模型,分析了梯度温度变化、桁架式纵隔板位置和刚度对悬拼施工中钢箱梁的横向变形问题的影响,并提出了一些相应的优化措施。分析结果表明:在自重和吊装作用力情况下,被吊装梁段和吊机作用梁段两者的变形差很大,使得梁段组装产生很大困难;钢梁自重及截面刚度是影响截面变形的主要因素。梯度正温差比负温差对截面的变形影响更大,梁段的吊装对接应该安排在气温稳定的时间。提高纵隔板的刚度和合理的布置位置可有效改善梁段整体刚度,减少截面变形差,使得吊装对接施工顺利进行。
