| 摘 要： | 鉴于收费站与管理分中心距离较远，传统的语音对讲系统已无法满足项目运营管理的需要，越来越多的高速公路采用集约化管理模式，弱化站级管理。文章通过采用VOIP和程控交换技术相结合的“IP远程语音对讲系统”，实现了集约化管理模式下的远程语音对讲需求。
