SBS改性沥青稳定剂的应用研究

摘    要:添加稳定剂可以使苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)在沥青中稳定分散,制备出储存稳定性良好的SBS改性沥青。通过FD-06无硫稳定剂和一种含硫稳定剂对SBS改性沥青稳定效果的测试,比较其相容性效果和路用性能指标的变化,分析稳定剂性能特征。结果表明,加入稳定剂后样品的高温储存稳定性改善明显,同时,加入FD-06无硫稳定剂的SBS改性沥青在热贮存过程中性能更加稳定,不易离析。

Abstract:The high temperature storage stability of styrenebutadiene-styrene tri-block copolymer(SBS) modified asphalt can be improved significantly with the addition of stabilizer.FD-06 free-sulfur stabilizer and a kind of stabilizer with elemental sulfur are used to prepare SBS modified asphalts and their compatibility and rheological properties are compared respectively by characterizing penetration,softeningpoint and ductility.The results show that the high temperature storage stability of SBS modified asphalts can be improved significantly with the addition of two kinds of stabilizers.Moreover,the effect of FD-06 free-sulfur stabilizer is much better than that of the stabilizer with elemental sulfur.
