摘    要:城市轨道交通设备安全监测和突发事件预警及处置一直是运营管理的重点。在网络化运营模式下通过分析大量的设备数据从采集监测到应急响应之间的流转关系,研究分级分类预警体系,形成一套基于设备数据自动采集、业务逻辑自主研判的主动监测预警方案,解决线网监测下设备数据状态繁多、难以筛选关键报警信息的问题。构建计算服务输入输出模式,实现业务数据计算的规范化处理,以及逻辑运算与预警的松耦合管理;构建报警服务管理,实现报警数据存储更新与多终端的同步展示。协助运营单位在保证各专业设备数据全面采集监测的同时及时发现潜在的故障威胁,第一时间启动应急响应,提高城市轨道交通运营安全保障能力。

Monitoring and early warning scheme for urban rail transit network equipment

Abstract:The safety monitoring and emergency warning and disposal of urban rail transit equipment have been the focus of operation management. Through analyzing the circulation relationship between large amount of equipment data from collection and monitoring to emergency response under the network operation mode, this paper studied the classification and early warning system, and formed a set of active monitoring and early warning scheme based on automatic equipment data collection and business logic self-determination, solved the problem of various equipment data status and difficult to screen key alarm information under the monitoring of line network. In the paper, the input and output mode of computing service was constructed to implement the standardized processing of business data calculation, and the loose coupling management of logical operation and early warning; the alarm service management was constructed to realize the alarm data storage update and synchronous display of multi terminal. The scheme can help the operation units to find potential fault threats while ensuring the comprehensive collection and monitoring of equipment data of all specialties, and start emergency response at the first time to improve the safety guarantee capability of urban rail transit operation.
