摘    要:以城市轨道交通多场景下客流精准诱导需求为研究对象,分析多场景下诱导系统应具备的功能和可采用的结构。基于广州地铁中台框架,利用SpringBoot、微服务、Redis、H5等新技术实现诱导系统的功能,包括拥挤条件下的前瞻性诱导、突发情况下的主动诱导和末班车出行路径可达性查询功能。多场景下客流精准诱导系统及其App服务的开发和上线运营,可支撑地铁各场景下的客流运营组织,提升轨道交通客流组织合理性和客运服务水平。

Analysis and design of passenger flow precise guidance system in multi-scene

Abstract:This paper took the needs of Guangzhou Metro multi-scene passenger flow precise guidance as the research object, and analyzed the functions required and available structures of the guidance system under multi scene. Based on the middle platform framework of Guangzhou Metro, the new technologies such as SpringBoot, MicroService, Redis and H5 were used to implement the functions of the guidance system, including forward-looking guidance in crowded conditions, active guidance in sudden situations and the accessibility query of the last train travel path. The development and operation of passenger flow precise guidance system and its App service in multi-scene can support the passenger flow operation organization in various scene of metro, and improve the rationality of passenger flow organization and passenger service level of rail transit.
