| Abstract: | The technical innovation of enterprises is in close relationship with the patent work.Patent is not only an important means protecting the technical innovation of enterprises,but also a vigorous weapon sustaining the innovation competence of enterprises and occupying the key position of the market competition.Implementation of patent strategy is an indispensable part in the strategy of enterprise management,and has all-important significance for China's enterprises to participate in international competition. |
